As the scope of technology expands, the need to support increasing functionality in packages with limited volume and weight constraints is greater than ever. Our team of design engineers understands the exacting science of PCB design and has a proven track record of implementing solutions for boards with high-speed DDR memory, gigabit digital communication, high-density RF, and more in applications with stringent size, weight, and power (SWaP) constraints. By combining power integrity (PI) simulation tools with 2.5D and 3D EM solvers, we can help ensure success for complex, high-layer-count PCBs.

Embedded

FPGAs and microprocessors are critical technologies that drive basic to complex product designs. Operating analogous to the brain and nervous system of a product, most of our designs incorporate one or both types of these powerful devices to provide advanced/complicated behavior, timing critical response, fault and BIT features, command and control, and other features to meet customer requirements.

Power Supplies

Providing power to the main sub-systems in each product (amplifier, matrix switch, etc) requires careful design techniques to ensure it will pass stringent emissions, lead-lag power on requirements, and be immune to irregular power sourcing conditions called out in military standards (ie. MIL-STD-704).
